Tom’s Story

Tom has been with us since day one; an OP veteran, he has built several of our most successful markets across Northern Europe and the US.

Here’s his story:

I joined OP because it gave me the platform to build my own business within the business. The culture at OP is unique and like no other company that I’ve worked at before. Everyone has the same mission, to be as successful as possible and help every colleague do the same.

How would you describe the culture at Oliver Parks?

What do you enjoy most about working at Oliver Parks?

The culture! Work hard, play hard. We take work very seriously and do great work for our clients and candidates alike but at the same time, we enjoy ourselves. We have regular lunch clubs, annual summer and Christmas parties; these all act as great drivers throughout the year. I enjoy the ability to make as much money as I please.

What has your biggest success been?

Becoming a Partner at OP. I’ve built several markets across Northern Europe and the US.
